Michael Matsushita graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design degree. Prior to joining Hawaiʻi Pacific University's Marketing and Communications team, he freelanced in web design, identity system ideation, and print publication. His previous professional experience includes internships with Hawaiʻi ʻUlu Cooperative and University of Hawaiʻi's Office of Sustainability. Outside of work, Michael spends his free time collecting cookware, taking photos, and spending copious amounts of time in front of his computer.
