Cody Lee.
Cody Lee of Kane‘ohe, O‘ahu, embraces community engagement within Hawai‘i Pacific University and the broader community. Lee, who has always been fascinated with human anatomy and physiology, found the right fit in nursing as a major and a career pursuit. He describes his clinical experiences as beyond rewarding, interacting with patients and providing healthcare and the support and reassurance they need. Through HPU’s School of Nursing and Student Nurses’ Association, Lee is a nursing peer mentor to a few underclassmen. A member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society, and Alpha Chi National Honor Society, Lee has been on the Dean’s List since 2019. Lee is also a member of the HPU Symphony Orchestra. In the broader community, he is a student nurse at Pali Momi Medical Center through the Hawai‘i Pacific Health Academy Innovations program. Lee also works as a technician at Brain Health Hawaii. Despite his many responsibilities for school and work, Lee serves as an assistant Judo coach for James B. Castle High School, giving back to the program he participated in throughout high school.
