We are here to help! The Business Office helps students, parents, and family members answer questions about billing, payment, refunds, tuition and fee charges, and more. We also assist the university community with incoming and outgoing payments, accounting, and financial reconciliation questions.

Cash payments are not accepted before 8:30am or after 4:00pm and are not accepted when the office is not open, such as during holidays or summer hours. Check payments can be received anytime during business hours.

Please send only one (1) message; multiple messages take longer for our staff to organize and result in delayed response times for all inquiries. Once we have received your email, we will respond. In general, requests for information are addressed in the order received. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

SUMMER HOURS: During the Summer, HPU's Business Office will be closed for lunch from 12-1pm and will close at 4:30pm instead of 5pm.

CASHIERING HOURS: HPU accepts in-person cash payments Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am-4:00pm Hawaii Standard Time (except for university holidays). Checks, cashier's checks, and money orders may be delivered any time during the Student Service Center’s open hours and will be receipted or processed to the student account the following business day if delivered after 4:00pm. Cash payments are not accepted before 8:30am or after 4:00pm.

The Business Office cashiering location in the Student Services Center processes receipts for incoming deposits of all types, including p-card reimbursements (must provide FOAP, contact Accounts Payable), expense reimbursements (must provide FOAP, contact Accounts Payable), cash and checks related to university activities, physical donations (first consult with University Advancement), and more.
