Dr. Cuka lives in Gilbert, AZ and works remotely as Core faculty and assistant professor of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Hawai’I Pacific University. Prior to HPU, Dr. Cuka was an Assistant Professor in the DPT program at A.T. Still University in Arizona.
During her 20 years of clinical practice, Dr. Cuka has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting diagnosing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. She is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in orthopedics and a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, and maintains a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She holds specialty certifications in the areas of manual therapy, trigger point dry needing and scoliosis. Dr. Cuka has served as a presenter at state and national conferences on topics related to teaching and learning, and scoliosis.
