Dr. Liaos lives in Las Vegas, NV and is an Associate Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Las Vegas program. Dr Liaos has worked in various roles in outpatient orthopedic and sports clinics during his 30 years as a Physical Therapist and continues to practice in an on-call roll for many of the shows on the Las Vegas strip. 

Dr. Liaos has served the physical therapy profession throughout his career.  He currently serves as an Inspector for the State of Nevada Physical Therapy Board and as the Chair of the Nominating Committee for the Nevada Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA NV).  On the national level, Dr. Liaos is currently serving as the Chair of the Sports Specialty Council for the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS).  

Dr. Liaos has also been very active in providing community service.  He is currently a board member for Special Olympics Nevada (SONV) as well as the Clinical Director for the FUN Fitness component of their Healthy Athletes program.   He has presented at conferences at both the state and national level. His research interests include clinical reasoning, pain science education and rehabilitation of performing artists.
