Net Price Calculator
When we are putting together a financial aid package, we start with the total cost of attendance for one academic year. The cost of attendance consists of estimated billable and non-billable costs.
Billable costs are costs which are charged by Hawaii Pacific University such as tuition, mandatory student fees and room and board (if living on-campus). These are direct costs that will appear on your eBill statement.
Non-billable costs are estimates of expenses that you will pay for on your own, including travel to and from campus, books, and personal expenses. These are indirect costs that we know you will spend money on, but we do not bill you for them since they are out-of-pocket expenses.
The Net Price Calculator is a tool that is intended to provide estimated net price information based on these billable and non-billable costs minus estimated grant and scholarship aid.
Note: This calculator provides a good estimate based on 2021-2022 tuition costs, but it is not a guarantee of financial aid. Students may view their current cost of attendance and awards by logging into their MyHPU Portal account.
