The Dr. Warren Wee Scholarship for the College of Business

At HPU, we’re proud to be a diverse and welcoming learning community with a strong emphasis on business education. We could never have achieved this well-earned reputation without the hard work and commitment of Dr. Warren Wee, who served as dean and associate dean of the College of Business, as well as an associate professor of accounting.

Dr. Wee taught accounting and finance courses at both the undergraduate and MBA levels. He formerly served on the Hawaii Chapter Boards of the HSCPA and IMA and worked in the Honolulu Office of Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells. He also served on the Board of Directors of Pacific Gateway Center and Aloha United Way, and serves as a volunteer with several other agencies.

During his time at HPU, Dr. Wee has been a tireless supporter of the University, its students, and his fellow faculty, all of whom have benefited from his generosity and commitment. He is respected across campus for his dedication to HPU and his unflagging support of his fellow educators.

Dr. Wee retired from his position in August of 2018. The University is proud to endorse a campaign in his honor to fund scholarships for business students at HPU.
