The Koʻolaupoko Hawaiian Civic Club
offers aid annually to post-secondary students living in the Kāneʻohe-Kualoa area. In keeping with the mission, by-laws, and spirit of the Civic Club, there are two significant considerations of importance: completed volunteer community service and commitment to the preservation, cultivation, and perpetuation of Hawaiian culture.
