WATERFRONT LOFTS Residential Community - Summer 2024

Eligibility: Undergraduate students taking at least 3 credits of undergraduate coursework and living on campus over the summer. You must be enrolled for at least one course during all occupancy dates.
8A summer term package:
May 6, 2024 – July 1, 2024
Housing Rates:
- Loft Double Occupancy Room: $2,829.00
- Loft Single Occupancy Room: $3,071.00
Stay & Study Program includes a 75% reduction in tuition costs for all undergraduate courses enrolled during the same summer in addition to the housing rate. Pricing and discounts do not include other required tuition fees and charges for the summer term.
Note: Meal plans and dining services are not available during the summer term.
8A+8M summer term package:
May 6, 2024 – July 29, 2024
Housing Rates:
- Loft Double Occupancy Room: $4,244.00
- Loft Single Occupancy Room: $4,607.00

16-week summer term package:

- Loft Single Occupancy Room: $5,922.00

The Financial Aid Details
These discounts are not stackable with other HPU-aid; the package price would replace the regular HPU Summer Grant. Pell Grant and other federal financial aid would still apply for those with eligibility. Federal loans require at least half-time enrollment (6 credits for undergraduates) and Pell Grants are determined by enrollment status and your EFC. Please submit a Summer Financial Aid Request Form so your summer aid evaluation can be expedited and delivered to you.
