Executive Centre - What to Know and Bring

Executive centre apartments

Students electing to live at the Executive Centre apartments should make a strong commitment to care for the community in which they live. The cleanliness, beauty, and enjoyment of units will be enhanced if everyone has respect for the property, their fellow residents, and the staff (including HPU Housing & Residence Life staff, property management staff, Executive Centre staff). We ask that you speak up whenever you observe a thoughtless act, unsafe condition, or questionable person in the building to Executive Centre security staff and HPU Housing and Residence Life staff.

All EC Residents and their guests are expected to adhere to Hawai‘i Pacific University policies and procedures, all federal, state and local laws, along with the following Community Policies/House Rules issued by the Property Management staff. Failure to comply can result in the assessment of fines and other disciplinary steps, up to and including eviction and HPU Code of Student Conduct sanctions, all in accordance with applicable University policies and procedures and your Housing Agreement.

For your convenience, a summary of basic Executive Centre rules and regulations is provided in the Community Policies and Building Rules section directly below, to be used as quick reference during your stay at the Executive Centre apartments. "EC Resident" shall refer to all student occupants on the Property, and "Units" shall refer to all rooms on the Property. Please take the time to read these Executive Centre Community Policies/House Rules and make yourself aware of them.
