Chi Alpha Sigma

Chi Alpha Sigma

Purpose:

To encourage and reward high academic scholarship of college athletes at four-year accredited colleges or universities which are members of the NCAA.

 

Eligibility:

  • You have been enrolled full-time at HPU for at least two semesters

  • You are a contributing member of a varsity intercollegiate athletics team

  • You have achieved junior or senior academic standing (60+ credits toward degree) 

  • You have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or better
  • You have an endorsement from the head coach of your sport
  • You have been recommended by the HPU Chi Alpha Sigma Chapter Advisor

 

Membership Dues:

No membership fee ($0) is required to join Chi Alpha Sigma.

 


Regalia:

Certificates awarded to Junior status student-athletes; Gold medallions awarded to Seniors who received the certificate the previous year and repeat their Chi Alpha Sigma honors.
