Phi Alpha Theta

Purpose:

To recognize and encourage excellence in the study of history.
Phi Alpha Theta is open to undergraduate students regardless of their major.

 

Eligibility:

  • Have completed at least 12 credits (4 classes) in history with a GPA of at least 3.1 in history

  • Have an overall GPA of at least 3.0 or higher

  • Be in the top 35% of the class

 

Membership Dues:

National membership fee (lifetime membership & 3 issues of The Historian): $50.00

HPU membership fee (induction ceremony, events, etc.): $10.00

TOTAL PAYMENT: $60.00 to be paid upon notification of acceptance.

Deep Red and Light Blue Cords (optional)
